The new home to International Towers Inc. located in Marana, AZ consisted of steel joists supported on CMU walls with a steel framed mezzanine. The lateral system consisted of a steel braced frame at the front entry and CMU shear walls on the other three sides. The building made use of thermal veneer ties at the office spaces providing for greater thermal energy efficiency.
